We’ve compiled some of the more frequently asked questions in an easy to follow page.  As always you can can call/text/email us with any other questions you may have.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where is EPIC located?

We are located in Irvine, California.  Both our headquarters and manufacturing facilities are near the Irvine Spectrum Center.

Is EPIC a legal cannabis company?

Yes we are.  We currently specialise in hemp derived Delta8 THC and CBD products.  We are registered as a company in California.

How long has EPIC been in business?

We have been in the cannabis industry for a bit over 10 years in various forms.  However as epic we’ve been in business a bit over 2 years.

What does EPIC stand for as a company?

When we set out to find a brand name we really wanted something to explains who we are.  We want to make epic cannabis products.  That’s who we are and what we stand for.  Everything we do should be epic.  From how we treat our staff to the quality of our products.

Who is Sonique and how is EPIC related to the company?

Sonique Inc is the brand owner and parent company of EPIC.  A better way to understand it is EPIC is a Sonique Inc brand.

LEGALITY QUESTIONS

Is Delta 8 THC legal federally?

Yes Delta 8 THC is 100% legal on a federal level in the United States of America. The 2018 Farm Bill legalized all hemp production and everything in the composition of hemp. This is the standard for hemp on the federal level, so CBD, CBC, and every other cannabinoid other than Delta-9 THC, including Delta-8 THC, are legal. Under state jurisdiction, the legality varies.

Where does EPIC get their CBD and Delta 8 THC?

All of our CBD and Delta 8 are extracted and sourced from hemp.  Its is 100% hemp derived.

Is Delta 8 THC legal in my state?

State laws change on a regular basis.  Occasionally some states enact laws the make Delta 8 illegal, limited in use or allow it to be fully legal.   Here is a current list of states where Delta 8 is current not legal. Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.

Please check with your local and state laws.

Can you ship to my state if Delta 8 is illegal here?

PLEASE READ.  We as a company DO NOT ship to states where Delta 8 products are illegal.

How much Delta 9 THC is in your Delta 8 products?

All of our Delta 8 products are tested 3 times.  The first test is for potency and happens prior to receiving shipment from our Delta 8 vendor.  The second test is also for potency and happens after we receive our shipment from our Delta 8 vendor.  And finally a third and final test happens per lot of our finished product before it is shipped.  This final test is for potency plus safety.

ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS HAVE EITHER 0% DELTA 9 THC OR UNDER THE FEDERALLY MANDATED 0.03%.

We do not and will never ship product that does not comply with federal law.

All of our tests are conducted by Confidence Analytics via our certifying partner the National Vape Institute of Health and Safety.

All of our tests are available via our website and can be third party verified.

All of our products are lot controlled.  All of our products adhere to our strict track and trace system.

What are the risks in my state if Delta 8 is illegal here?

Please check with your local state laws.  We strongly encourage you to follow such laws and avoid possessing illegal products.

PAYMENT & REFUND QUESTIONS

What payment options do you currently have available?

We currently accept all major credit cards.  We do plan on adding other popular payment methods soon.

What is your return and refund policy?

Our refund policy is generally very simple.  You are welcome to to return any unopened products for a full refund no questions asked.  If the product is unopened and you would like to return it, we will provide you with a shipping label you can then use to ship the unopened product back to us.  Once we receive it and verify that it is unopened, we will issue you a full refund.

If the product has been opened or used, we cannot provide you with a refund and will not accept a return.

What if a product is damaged or non-functional?

Occasionally some of products may have problems.  In this case we ask that you first speak with our customer service team to help sort out the issue.  If we can’t help you fix the problem.  We will work to replace or return the product.

Can I pay and ship to a different address?

In order to avoid the common risks of credit card fraud, we do not accept orders shipped to a different address than the billing address.  The billing and the shipping address must match in order for us to ship.

Can I use a Pre-Paid Visa card?

Yes that’s perfectly fine.

I'm not happy and I want to do a charge back on my credit card?

First, please contact us.  If it’s something we can help you with.  We will do our best.

If you do a charge back and we’ve shipped your product we will fight it with the credit card company.  We keep detailed logs and receipts of everything we ship.  We will file a legal complaint about a false charge back which will negatively impact your credit in a bad way.

Whatever your reasoning a false charge back will not hurt us at all, but will make sure to ruin your credit for a very long time.  Just avoid it and move on.  As it stands we’ve never lost a single charge back dispute and we plan to fight every single one that comes up.

We pride ourselves on our strong Track and Trace system.  And this has gone a long way towards helping us win our charge back disputes.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Is an adult signature required to receive an shipment?

Yes, an adult must be present to sign for the shipment.  Morally we cannot ship to someone who is not an adult.  Please if you are minor do not order from us.  You will not be able to receive the package.

What if I put in the wrong shipping address?

If you tell us in time we may be able to adjust the shipment address before it arrives.  If we can’t adjust the shipment address then there not much more we can do to help you.  We will no be providing a refund, replacement or return for wrong addresses.

Can I delay shipment?

Yes.  You can order and let us know when you would like your order shipped in the order notes.  We will hold your order until the day it needs to ship out.

How fast do orders ship?

Normally all orders ship same day they are placed.  Order needs to be in before 3pm PST.

How long until my order arrives?

Depending on the state it can be up to 4 days.  But normally its 1-3 days max.  Holidays may slow down ship times.  Please plan accordingly.

Do you offer tracking information for my order?

Yes we do.  You will receive an email with the tracking number.  Additionally you can log into your account to view the tracking number for that order.

My order never arrived or was lost by the shipping company?

We recommend contacting the shipping company first to let them know.  If they are not able to help you, then we can step in an open a case with them.

The package shows delivered but I never got it.

Please check with other members if your household.  If the shipping company shows delivered but you did not get it, you can also open a case up with them.  Once it shows delivered there is nothing we can do to help you.  Please make sure to check that it was not stolen off your porch or from in front of your home.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Is Delta 8 safe?

Yes Delta 8 is very safe.

How will Delta 8 affect me?

Everyone is different and we all have different reactions.  But common effects are relaxation, a sense of calm, anxiety reduction, more full sleep, creativity and possibly appetite.

Is Delta 8 safe for children or pets?

We strongly recommend NOT giving any of our products to either children under the age of 21 or pets of any kind.  While Delta 8 is considered safe for adults, please do not give any of our products out to minors of pets.

Does Delta 8 THC show up on drug tests?

While Delta 8 THC is less potent.  It WILL show up on drug tests for THC.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Vape Cartridges – 3 Months
Flower – 1 Month
Edibles – 2 Months
Concentrates – 3 Months

VAPE QUESTIONS

Is the vape cartridge refillable/disposable?

Yes, they are both refillable and disposable?

Do the vape cartridges have any metals in them?

Absolutely not, they are 100% ceramic.  Making them the best cartridges in the world.

How should I store the vape cartridge?

Keep it in a dry cool place away from the sun.  Avoid leaving it in your car.  Always keep it in the child proof tube.

What should I do if the vape is clogged?

Occasionally vape cartridges will clog.  The best thing to do is follow these steps.

  1. Turn the cartridge upside down for 1 hour.
  2. Pre-heat the cartridge before using it by pressing twice on the battery button.

What should I do if the vape cartridge is leaking?
